Ordering an armchair

WHEN YOU HAVE ORDERED YOUR ARMCHAIR

Below you can read more about what happens when you have ordered your new armchair and how you can best receive and care for it. Care and maintenance are important if you want to enjoy the armchair for many years to come.

Read step by step what happens when you order your new armchair from MAKE nordic:


1. Your order is received:

When you order your new armchair from us, we reserve the amount for your order on your account. The money is therefore not withdrawn immediately, and is only withdrawn when your table is ready to be sent to you.

2. Order confirmation:

Shortly after you have completed the purchase of your new armchair, you will receive an order confirmation in your inbox. Remember to check your spam filter if you have not received an order confirmation. It's always a good idea to look this over to make sure everything is as it should be. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have any questions or changes to your order.

3. Delivery date:

When your new armchair is ready for delivery, our experienced external logistics partner will contact you regarding delivery.


4. Receiving your armchair

When your new armchair is delivered, it will be delivered to your front door at street level (at the nearest curb). To make it as easy as possible for you, we recommend that you have extra help on site to carry your new furniture into your home when it is delivered.

5. Assembly and packaging

As our armchairs are wrapped in cardboard, in order to take good care of the environment, it is therefore important that the waste is sorted correctly.

6. Care and maintenance

Care and maintenance are important for your new armchair to have a long life.
