We want to help you in the best possible way, and therefore you are welcome to contact us as soon as possible when you want to advertise. If you make a claim within two months after the error is discovered, the claim will always be timely.

    How to take pictures

    Claim policy

    MAKE nordic’s claim policy complies with current Danish sales law. You have a 2-year warranty on all products. This means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. You can not claim defects that appear more than 2 years after the delivery of the item. It is, of course, a requirement that the claim is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior. Note that wear and tear on fabric and surfaces is not necessarily a claim. Any defects or deficiencies in the product received must be invoked within a reasonable time after they are found or should have been found.

    If the claim is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipping so we can refund your shipping costs.
