When you order a piece of furniture from MAKE nordic, we will do everything to give you the best possible experience. Therefore, we deliver the furniture as soon as possible, in collaboration with GLS and experienced furniture shipping firms. If the item is in stock, you will receive your furniture within a week. If you have ordered a sofa, a dining table or a chair, we often produce the furniture especially for you, and you will be contacted when it is ready for delivery.

will be delivered to a parcel shop
If you’ve ordered an UMI stool or another small piece of furniture, it usually takes a week from your order until the delivery if it is in stock. The smaller furniture is delivered with GLS to a parcel shop of your choice. A few pieces of furniture will be delivered directly to your door, if they exceed the limits of a parcel shop. If you’re not home, when your furniture is delivered, you will receive a message from GLS stating when it can be delivered. These are most often chairs, bar stools and the large UMI bench.
Shipping by carrier

Our larger furniture, such as a sofas, dining tables, armchairs and lounge chairs, daybeds and large coffee tables, are delivered by a carrier to the nearest curb, where a truck can arrive. If you need help bearing it in, this can be ordered at an additional cost. You will find prices and be able to add this to your order, when entering your information in the cart.
If you have ordered a BASECAMP modular sofa, the modules will not be assembled in advance.
To make it as easy as possible for you, we will contact you in advance of your delivery. The goods will always be delivered at the nearest curb in connection with an accessible front door at street level. It’s a good idea to have help on site to carry your new furniture in, when they are delivered at the curb.

When ordering larger furniture, you will be contacted well in advance regarding the delivery day, so you have the opportunity to reschedule possible plans. The driver will also contact you approx. one hour before delivery on the agreed day. This gives you the opportunity to be at home when your new addition to the home arrives.
Unfortunately, we can not give an exact delivery time, but if you provide a telephone number when ordering, we will of course contact you before we arrive. It’s not possible to call the carrier directly.
Our agreement with the delivery partners is based on fast and safe delivery of our furniture. Therefore, it’s not possible to pay with cash on delivery. Likewise, it is not a possibility for the carriers to install furniture or remove any waste, not even for cash payment. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer delivery to islands not connected to mainland by bridge.
If you have bought a demo model, it can be picked up at the applicable showroom and by appointment.
If you fall in love with a piece of furniture we have in stock in Esbjerg, and you would like it get it the nesxt day, the furniture can be picked up at short notice. Not all furniture is in stock at the showroom.
