ORDER

MAKE nordic’s range is sold exclusively through its own online webshop in Denmark. Most furniture, you can not get anywhere else than with us.
Your order is received online – but of course you are also welcome to call or write to us with any questions or if you wish to order by phone and pay by bank transfer.
If you want a fabric or leather on an upholstered piece of furniture that does not appear on the shop, please send us an email and we will try to accommodate your request. Often it may be possible to cover the models with anything other than the one shown. However, you cannot make use of your right of withdrawal when ordering custom made furniture or special fabric that is not part of the basic collection at makenordic.com.

 

PAYMENT

Payment will be deducted from your account on the day of dispatch. If you have received an order confirmation or invoice, the amount must be paid via bank transfer or MobilePay before you can receive the item.

You can pay with Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro and Mastercard. Payment is reserved from your account when ordering, but is deducted first upon shipment.

All prices quoted on makenordic.com are inclusive of VAT and in Danish kroner.
If you live in another country, please note this when booking and we will contact you regarding delivery.

 

DELIVERY

If you order benches or stools, they come with GLS to the nearest package store, unless you choose otherwise. The larger furniture such as chairs, tables and sofas comes with freight for the nearest curb where a truck can arrive. We will contact you if your furniture comes with shipping agent. Your items are always delivered at the nearest curb in conjunction with an available street-level front door. If you need help carrying your furniture into your home or apartment, it is a good idea to have a few helpers on site. Please contact us if you would like to purchase carry-on. If you have provided a mobile number when ordering, our driver will contact you by phone before your delivery regarding time of delivery or minimum on the same day the item is delivered. That way, you have the opportunity to be home when your order arrives.

 

GOODS RECEPTION

When you receive your new furniture, it is important that you check that the correct products are being delivered and that there is visible damage to the packaging or product. If everything is as expected, sign up for receipt. If the packaging is damaged or shows visible signs of defect, you must only acknowledge receipt of the consignment note, subject to any damage to the contents or fail to receive the item, and ask the driver to return it.

 

CANCELLATION

You as a consumer have 14 days right of withdrawal when you shop with us.
The cancellation deadline expires 14 days after the day you received / picked up your item, or gets the last item in physical possession in the case of an agreement for several different items ordered in one order and delivered individually.

You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The message should be sent to kontakt@makenordic.com. In your communication, please make it clear to us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You cannot regret simply by refusing to receive the item without giving us clear notice at the same time.
The item must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as it was received. If the item is delivered unused and in original packaging the full amount is refunded.

 

RETURN

We do not receive parcels without distribution or parcels sent by mail. COD.

 

GOODS EXCLUDEDE FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

Delivery of goods that are custom made to your specifications (non-standard fabric) or have a distinct personal touch.

 

REFUND OF THE PURCHASE

Repayment is made within 3 business days of the item being returned to MAKE nordic.

 

WARRANTY

MAKE nordic’s complaints policy complies with the applicable purchasing law at all times. You have 2 years warranty on all goods. This means that you can either get the item repaired, replaced, refunded or discounted, depending on the specific situation. You cannot invoke errors and deficiencies that appear more than 2 years after the goods are delivered. Of course, it is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect did not arise as a result of an improper use of the product or other injurious behavior. Please note that wear and tear on fabrics and surfaces may not be warranted.
Any errors or omissions in the received must be claimed within a reasonable time after they have been found or should have been ascertained. (As a starting point within 1 month). As far as possible, image documentation of errors and defects should be sent to line@makenordic.com. Thereafter, any return or repair.

 

PERSONAL INFORMATION

No personal information that is registered on makenordic.com will at any time be transferred, sold or made available to third parties. All information is stored securely and is only available to trusted employees at MAKE nordic. You can access your data at any time, have it deleted or transferred.
For electronic payment, a secure encrypted method is used through the Webshop system. It is an approved provider with approval from the E-mark.
The shop system uses so-called cookies to control the contents of the shopping cart. A cookie is simply the term for a file stored on your own PC. It is also possible to ask the system to store its own address information for the next visit. If you want to delete this information at a later time, this can be done via the browser settings. In Internet Explorer, for example, this is done via the “Tools” menu and the “Internet settings” menu item.
During a purchase, we ask for example. name, address, telephone number and email address. This information is used exclusively for processing your order. The information is transmitted and stored electronically in unencrypted form and stored for 5 years. The “contract” (purchase agreement) itself is not stored with MAKE nordic in a way, so you can later log in and view / change status.

A complaint about a product or service purchased from us is initially addressed to Line on tel. 29361463 or mail.

A complaint about a product or service purchased from us can be filed with the Competition and Consumer Agency’s Center for Complaints, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby. You can complain to the Center for Complaints Solution via www.forbrug.dk.
The EU Commission’s online complaint portal can also be used when filing a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer domiciled in another EU country.
