BASE TRAY is an exclusive tray that fits perfectly with the BASECAMP sofa. The tray can be placed on the armrest or back of your sofa, so you always have your favorite cup and a good book close at hand. If you use the tray on a BASECAMP sofa, it is fixed between the seams of the armrest or the back. BASE TRAY can also be used as a serving tray.

BASE TRAY is a tray that can be used in many ways in your home in everyday life.
BASE TRAY is designed so that it becomes a natural part of your BASECAMP sofa. When you place the tray with the curved part down against the sofa, it fits perfectly between the two keder seams on the armrests and backrests of the BASECAMP sofa. That way you always have your cup of coffee, a good book or a bowl of snacks within reach.
You can turn the tray over and use it as a serving tray or as a decorative element anywhere in your interior. For example, you can use the tray for a light serving at the dining table, for serving coffee on the terrace or as a decorative element in the kitchen for oils, or in the bathroom for your jewelery and perfume.

Order
MAKE nordic’s furniture is only sold exclusively through its own online webshop in Denmark. Most of the furniture can only be found at MAKE nordic’s website. Your order is received online, but you are also more than welcome to call or write us for questions, or if you would like to order by phone and pay by bank transfer.
If you want a fabric or leather on an upholstered piece of furniture that is not seen on the webshop, please contact us and we will try to accommodate your wish. If you want a custom-made piece of furniture or special fabric that is not part of the basic collection on MAKEnordic.com be aware that the right to return cannot be exercised.
Delivery
Smaller furniture is delivered with GLS to the nearest parcel shop or to your home. Larger furniture is delivered as goods to the nearest curb, where a truck can arrive. It is possible for you to add a carry in service when you order your furniture. To make it easiest for you, we always contact you well in advance of delivery. We recommend that you have extra help present when your new furniture is delivered, if you do not choose to add on the carry in service. The delivery time is stated on the product page, so you can see the delivery time before you order.
Right of return
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us as a consumer. The deadline expires 14 days after the day you received or picked up your item, or get your last items in physical possession when it comes to an agreement on several different items ordered in one order, which is delivered individually.
You must tell us within the 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. This must be sent to info@makenordic.com or you can use the standard cancellation form at the bottom of this site. YOU must make it clear to us that you wish to exercise your right of return. It is not possible to regret simply by refusing receipt of the item without giving us clear notice of this.
The item must be returned in original packaging and in the same condition as upon receipt. If the item is delivered unused and in original packaging, the full amount will be refunded.
Returns
If you wish to cancel your purchase, you must send your order back to us without undue delay, so that we receive it no later than 14 days after you have announced that you wish to cancel your purchase. This must be agreed in collaboration with MAKE nordic. You must pay expenses in connection with the return of the product, and bear the risk of the product, from the time of delivery at your place until it is received at MAKE nordic at our warehouse in Esbjerg.
Price Guarantee
If you have bought a product no later than 30 days before and find that we have the same product at a special campaign price, we will refund the full difference between the sales price and the campaign price on a MAKE nordic giftcard.
Products excluded by the right of return
Items that are custom-made to your specifications on measurements or sofas and cushions with textiles that are not standard on our website, or products which have a clear personal touch, are exempt from the right of return.
Laurits Gersbøll
Laurits Dam Gersbøll is 25 years old and comes from Hobro in Denmark, close to water and nature. He is a furniture designer from VIA Design in Herning, where he graduated in 2019. The same year he participated in Milan Design Week, which is known as the largest and most popular furniture fair in the world.
In continuation of his interest in furniture design, he is also deeply fascinated by sustainability and how it can be used as a starting point for designing furniture. He finds it exciting to challenge our way of looking at the world through design. He loves design that questions common considerations and perceptions, because it helps to broaden our perspective.
In addition to furniture design, Laurits also has an interest in product design, photography and graphic work.
At MAKE nordic, Laurits is behind our VILHELM bar stool, which was designed for Grønbechs Hotel in connection with the renovation of their bar.
